The AST Youth Trophy, one of the most eagerly contested Youth Golf competitions in Cork, is back stronger than ever!
Cobh Golf Club, in co-operation and with the help of a substantial sponsorship of AST Physiotherapy Cobh, organises this Team comeptition on 24th August this year.
Clubs in the Cork area can each send up to 2 Youth teams (a team consist of 4 players) to compete in this Stableford competition.
The teams can be Girls, Boys or Mixed teams, with players that carry a handicap from their club, up to an age of including 17 years (no min. age).
Entrance fee for each team is just €20. Free lunch is included in that price.
As a special surprise, there will also be a ‘Chip- and Putt’ competition for Juveniles who are new to the game (handicap>24 or no handicap yet).
The winning team will receive a perpetual trophy and the name of the winning team will also be engraved on the Duplicate Trophy that remains in the clubhouse in Cobh.
