We will be hosting a Juvenile Information Evening on Monday, 29 June, at 7.00pm in the Clubhouse. It is imperative that all juvenile members and their parents/guardians attend.
The purpose of the evening is to outline the structure, expectations, and schedule for junior activities on the course throughout the summer months. We will also discuss arrangements for coaching, competitions, and participation during the season.
In addition, safeguarding documentation must be completed for every juvenile member. To ensure compliance with our safeguarding procedures, it is essential that a parent or guardian attends to complete and sign the required forms.
The evening will also provide an opportunity for parents/guardians to ask any questions they may have regarding the junior programme and its operation throughout the summer.
