Following the excellent All-Ireland Quarter-Final victory by our Pierce Purcell team, we are pleased to announce that Cobh Golf Club will be hosting a Table Quiz Fundraiser in support of the team’s preparations for the All-Ireland Finals.
The event will take place as follows:
Date: Thursday, 10th September
Time: 8.30pm
Venue: Pirates Rugby Club
Entry: €40 per team of four
Payment for quiz entry will be made on the night.
The proceeds from the evening will go towards assisting with the team’s expenses for the All-Ireland Finals weekend, which will take place on Friday, 18th and Saturday, 19th September.
We would encourage all members to support the event by putting together a team and joining us for what promises to be an enjoyable evening, while helping to support our Pierce Purcell team as they represent Cobh Golf Club at All-Ireland level.
We would also greatly appreciate donations of spot prizes, which will be used for a raffle on the night. Any contributions would be very welcome and will help us to maximise the funds raised for the team.
